Please include your iPhone model and iOS version. Your location, video and audio recordings are stored on your phone. They're never sent to us. You decide whether to send a recording.

FAQ
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
In the app, tap Settings > Premium > Manage Subscription. You can also cancel in iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions.
How do I move my purchases to a new phone?
With the same Apple Account, tap Settings > Premium > Explore > Restore Purchases.
Where are my recordings stored?
Recordings are stored on your phone. Outside Türkiye, if you turn on Recording Vault, locked clips and trips are also backed up to your own iCloud account.
Does the app call anyone after a crash?
No. The app isn't an emergency service. It doesn't call anyone automatically and may not detect every collision.
